From Chicago and O’Hare (Using the Kennedy)
West on the Kennedy Expressway to the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90). Exit at Illinois 31 North. Head north for 4 miles or 8 stop lights. Turn right at Main Street-Huntley Road. (this is 4 stop lights north of Illinois 72-Main Street in Dundee). Go one block to Lincoln Avenue and take a right. Great Lakes Clay is 1/10th of a mile down on the left hand side.

From Chicago (Using the Eisenhower)
Take the Eisenhower Expressway (Interstate 290) west out of Chicago and continue on the 290 extension to Illinois 53. Stay north on Illinois 53 and exit west onto the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90). Follow the last part of directions from O’Hare.

From Indiana and Michigan
Take the Tri-state Tollway north to the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90) at O’Hare and follow directions from O’Hare.

From Rockford
Go east on the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90) and exit north at Illinois 31. Follow last part of directions “From O’Hare”.

From the Quad Cities
Take the East-West Tollway (Interstate 88) to Rochelle and exit north on Interstate 39. Exit at Illinois 72 and go east. Stay on Illinois 72 to Illinois 31 in Dundee. Go left (north) up to Main Street-Huntley Road (4th stop light). Take a right and go one block to Lincoln Avenue. Turn right and Great Lakes Clay is 1/10th of a mile down on the left hand side.

From Aurora
Take Randall Road north to Illinois 72. Go right (east) and follow the last part of “Quad Cities” directions.

From Milwaukee -A
Take Interstate 94 south to the Tri-State Tollway and down to O’Hare. Go west on the Northwest Tollway (Interstate 90) and follow the last part of “O’Hare” directions.

From Milwaukee-B
Take Interstate 43 south to Lake Geneva and exit south on U.S. 12. Go through Richmond, Illinois where Route 12 connects with Illinois 31. Stay on Illinois 31 through McHenry, Crystal Lake and Algonquin. Go 4 miles south into Carpentersville. Take a left at the first light in town (Main Street-Huntley Road). Go one block to Lincoln Avenue and take a right and we are 1/10th of a mile down on the left hand side.
